Bricks & Mortar Real Estate Co. is a new full-service brokerage in Southwest Louisiana established by experienced local realtors who wanted the brand to emphasize the fact that they are a local company, not a big-box corporation, and that they are passionate about their community and the relationships they build. In addition to branding, Bricks & Mortar needed consistent marketing tools for their realtors.

Working closely with the partners, Pavy Studio transformed their vision into a brand with local roots and also helped to successfully launch Bricks & Mortar into the marketplace. From a comprehensive brand platform to social media and print advertising, final deliverables were packaged into easy-to-use and realtor-friendly toolkits and style guides.
